As of Wednesday morning, California, Massachusetts and Nevada voted to legalize recreational marijuana, but in Arizona is was rejected and Maine was still too close to call.

In Arizona, the vote was at 52% No and 48% Yes to Prop 205, with all but 36 precincts reporting at 10 a.m. on Nov. 9.
